- The first conversation is free, and so is the scoping that follows it. You only pay once a scope and a fixed first milestone are agreed.
- You keep the plan either way. If you take our architecture and delivery plan to another team, that is fine. It is yours.
- Replace any hire, free. If an engineer is not the right fit, we replace them at our cost, not yours.
- A reply within one business day, from an engineer who can talk about the actual problem, not an account manager collecting requirements.
